1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Worship Device Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Worship Device Manager provides cloud-connected device management software for Behringer X32 and Midas M32 audio mixers. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to interfere with other users' systems, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, or violate any applicable law.
5. Uptime and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
