We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address) and information generated through your use of the service (linked server identifiers, subscription status, usage logs).

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send account-related communications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Auth0. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@worshipdevicemanager.com.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
